Gathering information and registration

A 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training led by Brinda Kumari and Jamuna Jaya. The programme studies physical postures in Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga alongside yoga philosophy, sacred texts and spiritual practice. Training takes place over eight monthly weekends, with Friday sessions online and weekend sessions at the Bhakti Center.
