A travelling pilgrimage through the Indian Himalayas visiting sacred sites including Gangotri, Yamunotri and Badrinath, beginning and ending in Rishikesh. The programme combines high-mountain trekking with kirtan, satsang, yoga and pranayama, with guidance from Puja Prema and Tarana Caitanya; a reasonable level of fitness is required for the mountain walks.
